I’d like to take a moment to apologize to the women of tumblr on behalf of all good men. (And I hope I’m not being too conceited in counting myself among good men)
As good men, we do not assume that just because you’re a woman running an adult blog that you’re looking to get a “Hi! My name is Steve. Here’s a picture of my dick, and I’m going to (insert crassly worded sexual act) to you with it”
As good men, we do not assume that if you’re a sub either in or out of a relationship that we can treat you like property and call you names.
As good men, we do not assume that just because you post revealing pics of yourself you must want sex from us.
As good men, we do not cut down your thoughts, ideas, dreams, self body image or ramblings via hateful anon posts.
As good men, we appreciate you being here and sharing parts of yourself with us.
So…..I’m sorry for all the jerks, dicks and assholes you seem to have to put up with. I hope they’re the minority and not the majority.
